Information sources about .AM have been expanded

Armenia is the first country in the region to gain the authority to manage the two-letter .am country code domain, making it the second post-Soviet country to do so after Russia.

The timely resolution of this strategically important matter for the country was made possible by the dedication of a group of specialists from the “Internet Society” NGO.

Due to the dedication of the group gathered around ISOC AM, .am rapidly evolved into a dependable and widely utilized domain name, while also serving as a representation of Armenia's identity and recognition in digital word.

Today, there are over 45,000 registered .am domain addresses. Sixty percent of these registrations come from Armenia, while the remaining 40% are from various countries, including USA, China, and Russia. Among European countries, France and Germany lead the list.
More information about .am can be found in the Wikipedia article, free encyclopedia created by the Internet Society NGO.
