At the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association conference (APTLD85), the 30-year history of Armenia’s national.am domain was presented.
Kristina Hakobyan, a board member of the “Internet Society” NGO, represented Armenia in the APTLD85 conference, which was held in India from February 19–22.
About forty countries that manage national domain names were represented at the event. The conference’s primary topics of discussion included developments in technology, security, and marketing challenges.
The “Internet society” representative discussed the actions performed in this respect in the .am domain in their framework. specifically, what technological and software adjustments are being made to the domain to make it safer and faster.
The ccTLD registry organizations get together for these twice-yearly conferences to share experiences and to present and talk about new ideas.
