.am is 29 years old

The country code top-level domain .am celebrates its 29th anniversary today.

Serious efforts have been made to establish a national domain that expresses Armenian identity on the internet. Today, we have a domain that meets global technological criteria, with approximately 44,000 addresses, roughly 60% of which come from Armenian registrants.

Enthusiasts in this subject stay committed to ongoing efforts to improve and promote the Armenian language. Every effort is made to highlight the importance of this undertaking to a wide range of our society.

The .am domain serves as our national representation in the global technology scene, and its extension is critical for us to remain competitive and retain a strong presence.

Congratulations to all on the 29th anniversary of the .am domain. May our ongoing efforts in this endeavor consistently embody innovation and lead to continued success.
