The “Internet Society” NGO has officially become a partner of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), marking a significant milestone for the advancement of Armenia’s cybersecurity sector and the strengthening of global cooperation within the Internet community.
This partnership opens new opportunities for the “Internet Society” NGO to actively engage in global cybersecurity programs and initiatives under the GFCE umbrella. “By joining another international cooperation platform, our organization aims to foster a more conducive environment for the growth of Armenia’s digital and cybersecurity sectors,” said Kristina Hakobyan, Vice-Chair of the board of the NGO.
Established in 2015 during the Global Conference on Cyberspace in The Hague, GFCE serves as a collaborative platform to enhance and coordinate global cyber capabilities. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge and resources between international organizations, governments, and the private sector, enabling swift responses to cyber threats and challenges while promoting global cybersecurity resilience.
