The “Technical Support” course is designed for different age and professional groups, it consists of two parts: practical and educational.
The methods for safeguarding the equipment and the gadget are taught in depth in the course, and the abilities needed for their use are established. Additionally, the participants are made aware of the requirements for software security.
By starting the “Technical Support” course, the “Internet society Armenia Chapter” NGO aims to give as many people as possible the essential technical and software security skills and contribute to a secure presence on the Internet.
