A multinational initiative is called Girls in ICT. It takes place each year. includes a variety of events. The objective is to address and encourage women’s participation in the information and communication technology sector.
Within the frame of the “Girls in ICT” campaign, numerous countries hold conferences, seminars, training sessions, and other types of activities.
Together with Girls in ICT, the NGOs “Internet Society” and “Internet Society Armenia chapter” have been hosting yearly conferences since 2017 to encourage the widespread use of young women’s potential in the growth of the ICT sector in Armenia.
